New hotel, Kids loved the pool area, breakfast was ok, but Rude staff & Poor communication.
Location close to all attractions, but it is located in industrial area
On our first day during breakfast Front office manager Ms. ishrat was so rude interrogating my wife asking her how come you are four adults during breakfast, & in you booking it shows three (My Son 14 yrs/ is considered as children), according to booking we have paid for breakfast & if they was any question it was suppose to be informed during checkin , not while have our first breakfast. Staff are not tentative, you call receptionist & place requirement they confirm that house keeping will be coming shortly, had to wait 40 minutes for duvet cover , after calling twice to remind them & at the end they got blanket instead of duvet cover. Moreover, during checkout Spoke to Liz at the reception request for late check out, and she informed, me that they will call me to notify me which they as usual receiption staff are very poor in attending to customer. Furthermore, House keeping staff were cutting corners not cleaning the rooms properly.
